Charles IT is blending a friendly, festive competition with the spirit of giving this holiday season.
There is very little that the Charles IT team enjoys more than friendly competition. Whether it’s connected to quarterly goals, walking challenges, cSAT scores, or hot wings eating contests – there’s never a shortage of playful, competitive spirit.
This year, the company is launching a team holiday decorating contest that challenges each IT, backend operations, and service team to decorate their office space with the theme of their choosing. On Friday, December 9th, at 1:00 PM (EST), the decorations will be on display for voting and will be featured on the Charles IT Instagram story for you to cast your vote.
Unlike other competitions where prizes have ranged from cash bonuses and chair massages to weekend casino getaways and office happy hours, this time, the winning team will be able to choose the charity that will receive Charles IT’s toy collection this holiday season.
To donate, toy collection bins will be located at the front of our offices for donations until Tuesday, December 20th, and will be delivered to the chosen charity just in time for Christmas.
