National Association for Business Resources Announced This Year’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® Winners in Boston

September 3, 2019 – Boston, MA — Companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs and more will be recognized by National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the Boston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® symposium and awards gala on Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Westin Copley Place downtown Boston.

This year’s winners practice innovative strategies and represent best practices in industries as diverse as information technology, medical, financial services and food and beverage. (See the following list of honorees.)

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry, based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.

The annual symposium and awards gala will begin with registration, breakfast, networking and exhibit gallery preview at 9:00 am, followed by educational programs. The awards gala will be emceed by Chelsi McDonald of WHDH Channel 7 News. Winning companies also vie for three “Best of the Best” elite awards in the small, medium and large business category. The elite award winners will be announced during the awards ceremony. The awards presentation will conclude at 12:00 p.m.
